My work with clients is totally unique from one person to the next, because I provide each client with whatever they need to start transforming their health. This looks different for each individual, and is based on numerous factors. 


After a full intake and assessment, during which we'll discuss your health history, dietary habits, lifestyle habits, challenges and concerns, we may decide to:


  • implement a few or many (your choice, your pace) dietary modifications 
  • create a personalized meal plan based on your nutritional needs, schedule, and preferences
  • clean out and reorganize your pantry so that the food surrounding you is nourishing and supports your goals
  • identify a few go-to recipes you can rely on when you're in a pinch but don't want to compromise your health
  • prepare food together so that your comfort (or discomfort) in the kitchen is not an obstacle to improved health
  • experiment with specific eating styles to learn which, if any, dietary parameters are optimal for you
  • walk the aisles of a grocery store together to learn about food quality and nutrition labels
  • discuss which supplements could support your health and determine which whole foods may be better substitutes for you
  • address lifestyle factors that are impacting your health
  • help you discern the endless barrage of nutrition advice "out there" so that you're not constantly confused by it
  • focus on all, or any combination, of the above


I work with clients for anywhere between 3-12 months (virtual or in-person in Central NJ), because chronic health challenges require chronic commitment. My job is to provide you with the guidance you need so that, ultimately, your healthier habits are simply your lifestyle.
