Nutrition has been at the center of Lee's work for more than 15 years. While raising young kids, she collaborated with the local school board to advocate for healthier school lunches and developed curriculum around topics such as flavor and school gardening. She also served in various roles at a nonprofit dedicated to teaching chronic health sufferers to prepare nutrient-rich meals to address and even resolve their challenges.
Inspired by this meaningful work, Lee started a business preparing and delivering fresh food to clients who wanted to follow a structured elimination diet. Lee's food service allowed people to uncover food sensitivities, regain energy and focus, improve digestion and sleep, and experience the enormous difference that real food can make.
In 2018, Lee enrolled in Bauman College's program in holistic nutrition through which she strengthened her understanding of key nutritional concepts and tools. After receiving her certification, Lee spent three years at a functional medicine practice, Princeton Integrative Health, where she empowered hundreds of clients to transform their health through personalized support.
Lee is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Practitioners (NANP), and is a candidate for Board Certification in Holistic Nutrition (BCHN®). Lee works in Hopewell and Princeton, NJ.
